Semi-Private Training (up to 4 people per coach) takes place from 5:00pm-8:30pm Monday through Thursday in pre-scheduled time slots.  Sessions are coached for an hour and the remainder of the workout is completed unsupervised. Training sessions may sometimes take up to 90 minutes to complete. The benefit of semi-private training is twofold. You receive the individual attention and individualized programming as you would from one-on-one training without experiencing a cookie cutter approach as you would in a large group or group fitness class. 

Those interested in semi-private training are first required to participate in a one-on-one Powerlifting Technique Instruction session which takes place at Iron Arena (typically on Sunday afternoons) over two hours.

Personal Training (one-on-one) typically takes place during AM to early afternoon hours Monday through Friday and is based on availability. Just like semi-private training, personal training sessions are coached for an hour and the remainder of the workout is completed unsupervised. You may stay for as long as you please once the workout is finished. Iron Arena has Wi-Fi and we welcome our members to make themselves at home. We also have two bathrooms, both with showers for those going to and coming from work.

Instead of "sessions" we offer monthly memberships. Training to achieve a specific goal is a process that takes time. Consistency is essential. In addition to scheduled sessions, all Semi-Private/Personal Training members have access to unlimited use of the facility on their own time with additional workouts written out for them.

Another service we offer in conjunction to all of our training memberships is "Sports Nutrition Coaching".  This is highly recommended and in some cases required for those looking to change their body composition. Heading our nutritional program is Michael Israetel and Jen Case of Renaissance Periodization®. These services are performed via email and phone consultation on a weekly basis.  

Dr. Israetel along with Dr. Jennifer Case are committed to providing our clients with the most scientifically-backed sport nutrition consultation services. Their services include nutrition coaching (with constant communication, feedback, and adjustment) so that our clients can achieve their fitness goals. These goals range on a broad spectrum, and include weight/fat loss, weight/muscle gain, and strength/training enhancement. Whatever your goals in fitness, their nutritional guidance can help.

Sports Nutrition coaching is $150/month.

*Nutrition coaching is solely for body composition changes. It not meant to prevent, treat or cure any disease. We cannot work with any clients with a history of diagnosed eating disorders, diabetes, or any other metabolic or digestive tract related diseases.

Memberships dues must be received no later than the 5th of each month/prior to the commencement of services. 

Paid amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.


Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the full session cost will be forfeited. Monthly billing may be pro-rated when away for extended amounts of time (e.g. away for a week on vacation, traveling out of state for for work) but must be advised prior to the new billing cycle (1st of the month).  Pro-Rating ONLY applies to training memberships and NOT open gym memberships.
