Our billing cycle is on the first of every month. If you did not join on the first of the month, once your first three months are complete, you will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current month along with the following month. After that, your normal billing cycle will begin where you are billed on the first of every month. Cancellation of membership is required via email 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle. If your credit card on file is declined 3 times in a 12 month period you will be responsible for paying 3 months to have your membership reinstated.
