Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training (up to 4 people per coach) takes place in pre-scheduled evening time slots from 6:00–8:00 PM. Each session includes one hour of direct coaching, with the remainder of the workout completed independently. Total training time may run up to 90 minutes.

The benefit of semi-private training is twofold: you receive the individual attention and customized programming of one-on-one coaching, without the generic “cookie-cutter” approach often found in large group fitness classes.

Getting started: All semi-private members begin with a two-hour, one-on-one Powerlifting Technique Instruction session at Iron Arena to ensure proper fundamentals and setup.


Personal Training

Personal training (one-on-one) is typically scheduled during weekday mornings and early afternoons (Monday–Friday). Like semi-private training, each session includes one hour of direct coaching, with the remainder of the workout completed independently—and you’re welcome to stay as long as you’d like.

Our facility is equipped with Wi-Fi and two restrooms, each with showers, making it easy for members to train before or after work.


Membership Structure

At Iron Arena, training isn’t sold as individual “sessions.” Instead, we offer monthly memberships, because reaching your goals is a process that requires time, consistency, and structured progression.

All semi-private and personal training memberships include:

  • Scheduled coaching sessions

  • Unlimited facility access outside of coaching hours with additional programmed workouts written specifically for you

Pricing is based on a 52 week calendar year and INCLUDES open gym membership

Single one-on-one session rate for non-members is $100.


PAYMENT

Training Memberships require a credit card on file and auto renew on the first of the month. Cancellation requests must be made 7 days in writing via e-mail prior to the start of the billing cycle to take effect.

PRO-RATING

Monthly billing may be pro-rated only for extended absences of two weeks or longer (e.g., vacation, travel out of state for work). Requests must be submitted prior to the new billing cycle (1st of the month). Pro-rating applies only to training memberships and does not apply to open gym memberships.
